BEing Happy

I guess you can tell from our faces how happy we are!  Who could believe that after more than 16 years of ‘single-hood,’ I could become so happily married again at age 50!

Chris and I were married in a very small ceremony surrounded by our children, our parents and my husband’s grandmother. It was a beautiful intimate ceremony and very special to share such a sacred moment with those closest to us.

Of course, we have a lot more family than that, so we had a 2nd, and even a 3rd celebration so we could include the rest of our extended families and our gazillion friends.  We loved celebrating our marriage over and over that summer!!

I know that I am loved unconditionally by a wonderful man who would do anything for me – and he’s more than 5 years younger than me!  Who can blame me for being so happy?!
