BEing Joyful

You can be joyful by enjoying a delicious dinner, enjoying the company of a friend, or enjoying listening to music.  Beyond this basic enjoyment lies a wonderful place called universal joy.  When you experience universal joy you are connected to everything without being attached to anything.  Your cognitive brain is out of the way and you tune into your true spirit.  I find universal joy when I dance.  I have loved dancing from the time I was 4 years old taking my first ballet class.  Now, when I dance and feel universal joy, I can imagine that everything is in perfect balance.  For me, that is BEing joyful!
